Within the Department are the following services: Housing Keeping, Laundry and Security. We have a strong core team within each department who are able to meet the rigorous challenges of patient safety, and infection control in an acute care facility as well as other ancillary support services. This is demonstrated through our superior performance and successful inspections by The Joint Commission.
Support or peripheral duties include delivering meals to the new hostel by night staff, housekeeping duties for GOCDAN, planting, weeding, and maintaining of the flower beds, summer picnic support, and numerous other duties as need arises.
Hospital Security
It is our policy to ensure safety of all patients, visitors and staff within our hospital facility and campus.
We recognize the importance of having supportive friends and relatives during the course of illness and treatment. Visitors however, should not interfere or disrupt the delivery of care. Hospital locations have posted visiting hours. We encourage the public to adhere to the visiting hours posted.
