The dedicated staff within the Dietary/Nutrition Services Department provide Nutrition Counseling to patients, Nutrition Education to the community, staff and patients, and nutritious meals to patients, visitors and employees. This department also provides and excellent variety of food/catering options for special events making these events more enjoyable. All staff are Certified Food Handlers or Food Protection Managers and are all CPR Certified.
The public is welcome to come and visit our Fireweed Café and enjoy the meals we prepare.
