Do you have a concern, a comment, or an idea as to how we can improve our services? We at NSHC are consumer driven and truly value feedback and comments from our patients and consumers.
Please send your feedback to our compliance officer, Karla Homelvig, RN. Your comments will be logged into a database and forwarded to the corporate officer responsible for the department or employee involved. If appropriate, the corporate officer will investigate your concern or delegate investigation to the department manager.
Depending on the outcome of the investigation, appropriate action will be taken. Within 30 days after NSHC receives your feedback, you will receive a written response describing the outcome. Please be aware that actions taken regarding employees cannot be disclosed because of confidentiality laws.
A summary of consumer feedback and action taken as a result is presented regularly to the NSHC Board of Directors by the compliance officer.
