No fees apply. *Cottage foods restriction*: NSHC cannot allow the sale of "cottage foods", which include things that can spoil if not refrigerated, such as meat, poultry, fish, and dairy. Exceptions include things sold at a bake sale that contain potentially hazardous fillings or toppings such as custard, whipped cream, or meringue, but they must be kept refrigerated after preparation and during sale.
