The CAMP Department at NSHC has received a grant to focus on working with food vendors, distributors, and producers to enhance healthy food procurement and sales.
We are seeking local village store owners to participate in our Healthy Village Stores Certification Program. The program will help managers and owners increase the variety of healthy options to community members. It will also help to increase sales through education about the storage and use of nutrient dense foods.
Benefits to enrolling and participating in our program include:
– $500 incentive towards store improvements such as shelves, lighting, storage solutions, and more!
