In-Home Programs
The In-Home Programs include two departments that provide support services to assist elders, individuals with disabilities, and individuals with complex medical conditions to continue living well and safely in their community of choice. Our purpose is to support people in their home and community settings to grow their independence in their self-care or provide supports to meet their care needs. These services are administered through Senior and Disability Services’ Home and Community Based Waiver and Personal Care Services.
